Checkweighers & Combichecker
Belt weighers – so-called “checkweighers” – are among the most important control devices in the final packaging checks for food. They offer the advantage of 100% checking of all packaging without laborious manual sample inspections. Thanks to the type approval, our devices can be used for all checking tasks. Robust and reliable weigh cells from Germany, based on the princip of electromagnetic force compensation, are at the core of our checkweighers. These brand cells guarantee maximum precision and a long service life.
CW-M / CCW-M series
The checkweighers in the CW device series enable quality assurance at the highest level. The wide range of devices and the extensive optional accessories allow flexible use in almost all industrial sectors. The robust and maintenance-free weigh cell, combined with maintenance-free servo drive motors, allows continuous use without unwelcome downtime or malfunctions! All checkweighers are also available with type approval. This makes the weighers particularly interesting for the food industry. Individual products can be checked based on their weight in accordance with the German Pre-packaging Regulation (FPVO) and underweight packages can be rejected. An optional mean value return reduce the giveaway, which results in a reduction in costs over the long term.
