In addition to sensors, powerful electronics are the heart of every metal detector. The modular design allows our sensors to be combined with various electronic systems. The devices are equipped with all the necessary components and interfaces to meet all requirements. Operation is easy and intuitive. The devices feature numerous interfaces for perfect integration and also allow connection to computer networks for integration with ERP or SCADA systems. For digitalisation of production (Industry 4.0), the devices feature OPC-UA – the latest and most widely used interface. Furthermore, devices in the M-Pulse series are supported by our “UNIControl” software. This allows the complete documentation of metal detection.
M-Pulse3
To fulfil the highest requirements in the food industry, the M-Pulse3 features multi-simultaneous-frequency technology. This guarantees the best detection results with optimal product-effect filtering. The hygienic design and high protection class (up to IP69K) are optimally adapted to applications in the food industry. An integrated message memory, user management system, digital interfaces and much more come as standard!

Digital2
The Digital2 electronics assembly is the result of the consistent development of our proven Digital+ electronics. It offers even better metal sensitivity in conjunction with enhanced features. The colour TFT display with touchscreen makes operation a breeze. The controller can be used for free-fall sensors and belt devices.

MESEP
The simple MESEP electronic assembly is completely analogue and stands out due to its simple operation. The sensitivity can be adjusted using a rotary potentiometer. The MESEP electronic assembly is an integral element of a ring sensor. It is firmly attached to the sensor and is always near the device or sensor.

Switching devices
Our switching devices are suitable for operating our ring and area sensors in the MESEP SP, MESEP RE, MESEP AR and KJR series. Using a rotary coding switch, the devices can be optimally adjusted to the sensor and application. The supply voltage for the sensor is provided by the device. The device can be fastened to a 35 mm DIN rail.
