Our wide range of converger systems offers the perfectly tailored solution for your application. We focus on the entire process. All systems (except PV2) are equipped with integrated empty packaging inspection and are characterised by their high performance, optimal flexibility, compact construction, high availability and optimal access for cleaning and servicing.
PV2
Our PV2 is ideal for the simple yet flexible separation of standard MAP products in the medium power range. The optimised dimensions in combination with the flexible design of the operating side make it possible to use it even under the most limited space conditions. The fast and tool-free adaptation of the system to changing formats and product heights guarantees maximum flexibility for existing and future requirements. Uniform spacing of the products at the discharge is the basis for high process reliability of the subsequent processes and thus the basis for optimum line availability.

PV3
The PV3 is ideal for separating flat products and piece goods. Thanks to the empty packaging control and ejection, it guarantees a high level of process reliability for downstream processes. This provides the basis for optimum system availability. Thanks to its comparatively small dimensions in combination with the variable design of the operating side, it can be used even where space is at a premium. The quick and tool-free adaptation of the system to changing formats and product heights guarantees maximum flexibility for existing and future requirements.

The PV7 converger sets new standards in the field of separation technology. It combines high performance with a maximum degree of flexibility and process reliability.
